I just got back from a grueling workout at the gym. Completely exhausted, I collapse in my chair because working off those Portuguese pastries have been a struggle. Anyway, on to writing.

Here is a brand-new drink straight from Monaco that incorporates their native fruit, the bitter orange. I’m pretty sure your local bartender hasn’t made this drink. Try the From Monaco!
6 parts L'Orangerie (or triple sec or Grand Marnier)
2 parts gin
2 parts passion-fruit juice
1 part lime juice
Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a large martini glass. Serve with an orange twist.
