Ā
Iām currently in Costa Rica.
Ā
I didnāt get a chance to see the volcano/rainforest due to excessive wind conditions. The Rangers were worried tourists may
fall into the volcano. No bueno!Ā
Ā
I am definitely not a homebody, so I haggled with a local to drive me across the country where I found a beach to go surfing.Ā
Ā
Surfing was fun and the waves were amazing but, just as I was getting the hang of it, I felt the power of nature toss me around like a rag doll. Wave after wave, I couldnāt get situated.Ā
Ā
Then, I looked up and a gigantic wave was approaching me. At that point, trying to ride it was out of the questionā¦I just wanted to
survive. My ego was humbled as I couldnāt compete with this force.Ā
Ā
But thenā¦,my fear turned to reverence and peace. As the great poet, Nas, once said. āYour arms too short to box with God.āĀ
Ā
Looking good while traveling is important, but wrinkles in clothes can mess up the best selfie. Here are ways to keep you looking good when youāre traveling and taking those photos.Ā
Ā
Examples of Wrinkle-Free Fabrics
- Polyester and Nylon may have a bad rep, but at least they donāt wrinkle easily! Some fabrics have mixed blends of polyester or nylon so you can have a wrinkle-free outfit while still looking chic.
- If you hate synthetic fabrics, go with wool. Wool is great at insulating, keeping you cool, and it dries quickly. ANDā¦ itās
wrinkle-free!. Donāt forget to read the cleaning instructions!
- The busy traveler approves of denim as well. No wrinkles!Ā
Ā
Avoid These Fabrics!
- Linen and seersucker
- 100% cotton fabrics, which include T-Shirts. Save those for the gym! Travel in style bruh.
