How are you coping with the daylight savings change? Surprisingly, it didn't bother me. The night before, I actually went to bed an hour earlier, so I got up at the regular time that I usually wake up. Shocking, isn't it?
Honestly, when are we going to get rid of
daylight savings?
I would rather have consistent daylight throughout the whole year than having the sky turn into a black abyss at 5pm during the fall.
Daylight Savings is just like an Android phone. It's an inconvenience; it just doesn't make sense.
Yes, I fired shots at Android users, get over it. Come over to Team iPhone, you'll love it. Lol
Everyone knows that I love TSA PreCheck. Here's a neat trick to get TSA PreCheck for free.
What is TSA PreCheck?
It functions similarly to a fast pass at an airport's TSA. This allows you to enter a special queue with fewer people. Plus, there's no need to separate liquids or take off your
shoes. I discussed this in a previous post.
Why Get PreCheck?
Airports can be stressful, and much of this stress stems from dealing with the TSA. However, TSA PreCheck can expedite your journey to the
gate. Personally, I detest waiting in lines and have no interest in removing my shoes in a filthy airport.
Here's the trick:
Some credit cards pay for your TSA PreCheck. With my Chase Sapphire Reserve*, I get a $100 credit once every 4 years. This is great because I'm covered for TSA and Global Entry.
Take note!
Make sure you get Global Entry when you sign up for your PreCheck so you can skip the line at customs.
I recently renewed my TSA PreCheck, and the credit appeared in my account. It was that straightforward. The credit automatically reflected on my statement almost immediately. If you're skeptical, take a look at my credit card statement.
Please note:
Please ensure that your credit card has the PreCheck benefit before purchasing, to avoid any issues with refunds. Double-check to confirm this feature is available.
Give it a
try and let me know how it turns out.
