I was chatting with someone who works fully remote, but surprisingly, they weren't traveling...
Â
Here's the truth: If you work remotely, you should travel as much as possible!Â
Â
With many companies now requiring employees to return to the office, you're missing out if you're not exploring the world while you can.
Â
This freedom to work from anywhere might not last forever, so make the most of it while you have the chance.
Â
I promise you won't
regret creating these memories and experiences.
What's the number one problem when people are trying to plan a trip together?
Â
They can't settle on a place they want to go.
Â
I know it's frustrating when you're trying to
plan a trip and can't decide on a destination. But there are so many details to consider: flight destinations, layovers, prices, and travel time. With so many variables, planning often becomes too much for one person to handle, and they simply give up.
Â
But don't worry, I've got you covered! I've found a great solution that I use for every group trip.
Â
I use a simple spreadsheet that makes group trip planning a breeze. Link
Â
Here's how it
works:
- For each flight, I create a list with all the important details like costs, travel time, and layovers.
- Everyone marks the destinations they're interested in, and I encourage people to select multiple options.
- When we find destinations with multiple checkmarks, we identify them as matches — and just like that, we've discovered our perfect
getaway spots!
This approach works because it highlights places everyone agrees on, rather than getting stuck on destinations with mixed opinions.
Â
Try it out and let me know what you think. I'd love to hear how I can improve it to make your travel planning even smoother.
Keep traveling,
Andrew
